How to Use Digioh’s ID Grid and Klaviyo Targeting Rules

Digioh integrates with Klaviyo to supercharge your email marketing. You can pass detailed user data into Klaviyo, target users based on Klaviyo lists or segments, and recover anonymous visitors to improve conversion rates.

 

  1. Authenticate Klaviyo with Digioh

    • Go to Digioh’s admin panel, add a new connection, and authenticate Klaviyo. This enables real-time data sharing, like user activity and UTM parameters.
  2. Set Up Targeting Rules

    • Create a popup in Digioh, then go to Conditions. Use Klaviyo rules to target:
      • Unknown users
      • Users in specific lists (e.g., subscribers)

    • Use additional rules such as trigger on exit intent, UTM parameters, or browsing behavior to refine your targeting.
  4. ID Grid and Anonymous Visitor Recovery

    • Digioh’s ID Grid helps identify anonymous visitors, adding them back to your Klaviyo flows (e.g., Abandoned Cart). This boosts conversion rates and revenue. Digioh can also track revenue generated from recovered IDs.
